Data Collection of the Hungarian Peerage – based on a five-volume work of János Gudenus (published between 1990-1999) The Genealogy of the Hungarian Peerage in the 20th Century. The contents of the book, also published (jointly by Arcanum and Heraldika) on a CD in 2005, with additional data, have been added to MACSE’s database. The database is continuously extended by data collected from various printed sources and from the direct contribution by family members.

Hungarian Family History Data – based on the manuscript of Janos Gudenus, not yet published elsewhere. It contains the data of members of both noble and common families..
As, unlike the Data Collection of the Hungarian Peerage this database also includes female lines, users are advised to check both databases for a full set of descendance.
Additions and corrections are welcome to both databases. They should be sent by email to the project manager. By sending the information to MACSE you agree that they can be shared with users of the database.
