| Data Sharing Form |
- Fill out the Data Sharing Form (downloadable in MS Word from this page).
- Convert the data in your family tree to GEDCOM format. (Family tree programmes usually have a file conversion option under the File Export tab.)
- Attach to an e-mail and send the completed Data Sharing Form and the GEDCOM file generated from your tree to the webmaster’s email address (see at the bottom of the page).

| Checking, correction, re-submittal |
- The webmaster will check the submitter’s registration data and confirm the receipt. He may also request clarification or correction of the data submitted. If re-conversion is necessary, the webmaster will ask for approval and confirmation via email exchanges. For resubmittal the Data Sharing Form will have to be sent again.

| Uploading |
- Once all is done and correct the Webmaster will upload the tree(s) to the web site and send a confirmation to the tree’s submitter.

| Replacement |
- If any data needs to be corrected or new data is to be added the entire gedcom file will have to be replaced. A replacement can be requested on the downloadable form.
- The deletion or correction should be requested by submitting the original registration details. The new gedcom file should be attached to an e-mail which is then sent to the Webmaster.
